As a global Research and Development female leader, my focus on values and authentic leadership never failed me during my career for the last 30 years. I just retired from Takeda Pharmaceuticals where I was a member of the R&D Management Committee and hold the position of the Vice President and Head for Research & Development (R&D) Regions and Business Operations function. My experience and inclusive leadership style including a special ability to connect people are foundational to my personal vision for the future where innovation and deliverables must lean on solid foundations integrating People development, in particular for women in STEMM, and Sustainability. Courageous leadership, multicultural awareness and teams synced to their personal values are the keys to driving progress on current critical issues and delivering above and beyond solutions. I am opening a new chapter and want to build a focus on leadership of women in STEMM and a new approach of education encompassing sustainability.
